This review is from: Gibson Les Paul Junior Electric Guitar, Satin Cherry - Chrome HardwareI'm a stratocaster player and after reading about the Les Paul Jr being an under-appreciated guitar, I decided to check them out. It has a nice fat sound you don't expect from a single coil pickup. The neck has nice feel, very comfortable, at least compared to the Gibson SG standard (had that for a year, never got comfortable with it) and the Les Paul Studio (just too darn unwieldy). It's a great value, great tone and a fine looking instrument. Just look how that neck just melds with the body, that's American craftsmanship at its best. My only beef is that Gibson doesn't make a LP Jr hardcase, instead you get a gigbag, oh well, better than nothing....

Now I know why you really get what you pay for!!! Nice instrument. The only complaint was that it wasn't packed very securely. I feel like if I hadn't been home to receive it I would have come home to a wet guitar laying in the snow....
