I chose this model because I simply like the shape. I also chose the red model because I personally think it's a lot more intriguing then the black. The Viper has many great qualities. The shape of the body makes it easy so sit and play, for it sits comfortably on your hip/leg. The fret board is vast as makes it easy to scale up and down it as you play. The stock EMG pickups sound loud and crisp which makes it an even more joy to play. The price of this guitar is outstanding. One-hundred percent accurate on what you should be paying for the product you're going to get. I paid a little less than 100 dollars cheaper for this guitar than the price here, but I gladly pay the full price for this idem for it is that good. I've played in a band for 3 years and have had this guitar for a year now, and it has been great for my recordings and live shows. The durability it has is amazing, it's so strong and I have toured with it and put a lot of stress on it and it still sounds new. The only flaw in this guitar is that has a long neck. The neck, compared to other guitars, is very long and makes it annoying to stretch your arm out. It's almost like playing a bass, but obviously not as big. Again, this guitar is a fantastic purchase and one of my favorite guitars on the market right now. I highly recommend this guitar for and rock guitarist out there. The price is great, the color is pure and intriguing, and the fret board is comfortable to play on. This guitar is very durable as well as pretty. -Sean W....
