Seriously, I am a pretty smart dude, and I followed all the instructions. But now I can't get the software to recognize the guitar, the software won't even allow me to select options the instructions tell me to select. I would NOT-NOT-NOT recommend purchasing this unless you intend to use the guitar with other software, or an amp. gillmac @ yahoo . com if you have any questions....

The software is not user friendly. Even with a computer consultant helping us, we needed to call tech support to get started. Lots of complicated things to do to get going and make the thing work. We're thinking of sending it back....
