Even after brushing my teeth I still have a slight after taste in my mouth. I bought this product to do a two week detox and it requires plant protein. Since this protein is put out by the same company that I got the detox smoothie diet from I expected more from it. Next time I will go with another brand because I just wasted $50 on a product I will probably never touch again....

I make it into a smoothie, using soy milk as a base and adding flax seed meal and fruit or tofu or peanut butter, along with a trayful of ice. When I add peanut butter, I don't feel any hunger until late afternoon.Because of the meds I'm on, it's a triumph for me just to stay even and not gain weight. With a shake every morning I can actually lose weight, albeit slowly. I'm so happy to have found it!...
