At 100 cals a pop, its not a big deal at all. And if I don't take this, recovery the day after a workout is not nearly as nice....

It has good flavor for a "light" protein drink, and I rate it higher than the EAS version especially in taste. I bought it through Amazon at $5.63 a four-pack which is over a dollar savings from what I paid at the local store (Houston Texas), so the price is also excellent....
