I've got guitars with Warmoth necks, Stew Mac necks, WD necks, Allparts, and of course this Golden Gate neck. I have to say that this neck is just as good and playable as any of the big name necks I mentioned above. I got this neck to put on an old beater guitar but after I installed it and played it, I was blown away by its feel and playability. It has no dead spots, I didn't have to dress the frets, It played with low string action like I like, I'm amazed that a company can give this much quality for this price! I've already ordered more necks!! Excellent job guys!!!...

This is a beautiful, well crafted neck! I love it, its smooth and easy to play, wish it came with nut and tuning machines but its not that hard to get them. Either way I highly suggest buying this neck....
