This review is from: Chex Cinnamon Cereal, 13.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)For those who need a gluten free cereal because of allergies or other health concerns, here's a product that won't make you feel deprived. I didn't notice the gluten free aspect until I opened the box of Cinnamon Chex. The hook for me was cinnamon.Taste - In one word, terrific! The cereal is very flavorful, very cinnamony, and sweet. For me it's best eaten straight out of the box for the full flavor experience. In milk the flavor is dilluted and washed away by the milk.Nutrition - This is not a health food, and the one big draw for the dietary conscious is the gluten-free aspect. Note that a serving size (3/4 cup) contains no fiber and 8 grams of sugar. The third, fourth, and fifth ingredients are sugar, fructose, and corn starch. Down the line you'll notice some brown sugar syrup also. Also included in the mix are artificial colors, peanut flour, and BHT an additive I try to avoid. No, Cinnamon Chex is not the ideal cereal , but its taste is so spectacular I'm willing to overlook a few drawbacks. Even the fussy Mrs. Spudman likes to snack on Cinnamon Chex right out of the box. We're looking forward to mixing it with some chocolate chex for something really decadent....

This review is from: Chex Cinnamon Cereal, 13.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)I'm on a gluten free diet and this Chex Cinnamon cereal made me very sick. I ate 2 boxes over 2 weeks before I figured out what it was that was still making me sick. The morning I ate only this cereal for breakfast I was sick and in the bathroom before noon and in bed for the rest of the day. My stomache was tender for a couple days. I dont eat it anymore. I think it could be something with the coloring dyes or the "enriched" ingredients( vitamins added to it arent natural ). It tasted good, but Celiacs beware....

This review is from: Chex Cinnamon Cereal, 13.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)I'm gluten-free, and this is the best thing on my diet. It's tasty, filling, easy to snack on, and has whole grains. When I can find them, I buy several boxes. I highly recommend them, especially to gluten-free people who want something they can snack on or eat as a meal -- good with or without milk....
