This review is from: ESP LTD M50 Electric Guitar (Black)Ok so simply put this is a great start up to intermediate guitar, when I got mine a couple of frets had to be filed down this is not uncommon for any guitar at all. Warning do not attempt to set up the guitar yourself as a beginner. Considering this is the lowest in the M series compared to other companies this is the best deal you could get. The pick ups will sound a little dirty with high distortion nothing that a noise gate pedal won't fix. If it is really a problem invest in a couple of Duncan pick ups, it will still be cheaper than some of the other options. The neck is nice and thin which is what I was looking for, I'd say this guitar stands out more in heavy genre's hard rock, heavy metal, thrash. Like the title says worth much than you'll pay for it. I am very happy with this guitar, I've had it for 2 years and I love playing it....
