The downloadable video was a bit hard to figure out how exactly to get it because the website doesn't really give directions (they are in a different section of the website than where the guitar's detail is located). The video is good and does give the basics to get you going. It still sometimes goes a little out of tune, which is to be expected with a beginner guitar. The micro amp which comes with it is not very good and should be replaced with a real amp ASAP. So far, the micro amp has fallen out of the guitar twice (amazingly it still works despite hitting my hardwood floor. Also, the pics should be replaced with medium or heavy width pics (which are very cheap). The strings a decent enough to start with. I would recommend this for anyone's 1st guitar, but not really suitable for an experienced musician. For the price, it's a great deal....
