With considerable difficulty I explained this to them. They were insistent that I return the item at my expense (to include insurance). I refused and insisted that they arrange and pay for collection, they eventually agreed. They also eventually credited my credit card account. However, with currency exchange costs, I remain out of pocket by about $150!I did buy the guitar elsewhere and my son is very pleased with it....
