I was so excited when I discovered Pacific Natural now offers hemp milk. Not only is it free of carrageenan and sugar, but it tastes great! It is also really high in calcium. It is reassuring to know that she's getting such a great dose of nutrients and the essential omega fatty acids....

This review is from: Pacific Natural Foods Hemp Milk, Original, 32-Ounce Containers (Pack of 12)I did a comparison taste test on this Pacific Foods Hemp Milk Original and the Living Harvest Tempt Hemp Milk Original. This hemp milk has a thicker-than-dairy, smoother mouth feel due to the Xanthan gum...too thick IMHO. I can also taste the brown rice syrup sweetener which Pacific Foods puts in all their milks. In comparison, the Living Harvest milk does not have a faux creaminess agent added to it and tastes more straightly of mild, sweet hemp milk rather than brown rice syrup. For these reasons I prefer the LH Tempt milk. I like the thinner and better flavor....
