If you are a beginner, or seek for a gift for a beginner, this is it. I bought it for my son, and he likes it. One comment I should make is that as soon as I tuned it up, I noticed fret buzzing on the 2nd & 3rd fret. Although I got it fixed at a local store with no cost, the 3rd fret still has a minor buzzing sound that may only be noticed if you pay extra attention to it, and so it wouldn't be a concern for a beginner. Overall, it's worth spending....
