But I love buttermilk, so no problem.I got creative, and added fresh strawberries and sugar in a blender and made a smoothie.DEE-LICIOUS!!!***************************************1,000 stars for Yogourmet Kefir.And ... Kefir is propagated by Kefir grains, a mix of live bacteria and yeast that form grains. I found Kefir grains and have been using them lately. I like the grains much better....

I own one guitar. This is it. I've fallen in love with the three single coils, switches, knobs, tremolo system, tuners, bridge, etc. Even the shape of the guitar is well thought-out and designed with the player in mind.Standard Strats are made in Mexico, at a plant that has been there for decades. These guys know what they're doing. The guitars are a great value and you can mess with them without fear. Because they are so popular there are all kinds of aftermarket parts that drop right in. You can leave them stock and they work great or try new pickups, for example. They're just fun, durable instruments that make their owners happy....

The only thing, i don't like the Tremolo Arm/Handle, you lose your tune really fast and it doesn't sound properly, not sure the reason. Besides that it worths every penny.I'm giving 4 stars for the messed up tremolo thing....

There are many health benefits to using whey protein, but with all of the artificial sweeteners and additives in most powders, those health benefits are ruined. Insulin sensitivity is a major factor when it comes to burning fat and building muscle. Lack of insulin sensitivity is the reason for sugar cravings and getting the shakes when you don't have your Coke or Pepsi everyday. Whey protein is proven to improve insulin sensitivity more than any other protein source, but common additives like Acesulfame and Aspartame cause insulin secretion much like sugar, and that diminishes the whey's ability to increase insulin sensitivity.
